I first watched a video showing an 8 year old boy installing this system. Everything was right in the box for you to check your list of what was to be included (my smaller system had an item missing and I called the company and it was on it’s way very shortly and I had a tracking number to follow). I recommend very highly and am considering ordering again for my other closets.

Very well engineered product AND easy to follow illustrations including drill templates. We also callled for an additional part (needed a floating shelf application) on a Sunday and got a response and action that day. Very sturdy and solid even on drywall. Will buy again if needed elsewhere in our home.

When they say EZ they mean it. I was so blown away by the simplicity I was inspired to write this review. Totally worth it for a cheap easy closet shelves.

It’s an elegantly designed product. It’s simple construction is impressive as it’s essentially several tubes and brackets.However the assembly instructions are insane - complicated, unclear, long. I read them over a few times and figured out the best install method on my own. That company really needs to invest in a technical writer and those instructions need to be improved. Until they do, here are some observations and tips -1) Soap doesn’t work as well as vegetable oil to mate the tubes with the end brackets. You will need plenty of power to muscle them in regardless as the interference fit is tight.2) The caps at either end of the tubes may come off on you during assembly. Don’t worry, they go back in relatively easily but it’s a sign of poor quality3) The drywall anchors are nice and strong. However the terrible instructions should warn you that you’ll hear a pop when fastening the screws. Don’t stop when you hear the pop, keep tightening until you feel the screws tightening. They will shortly after the pop.4) There is a fair amount of height from the hanging rod to the shelf area, about 4.5 inches to be exact. Be sure to take that into account when installing 2 racks like I did. I quickly realized I’d be bumping into my ceiling light fixture. I’ll be replacing it with a low profile LED unit soon so no real problem for me but beware. Love this product. Very sturdy. Easy to install. I was missing a piece and called the number provided. The issue was resolved within minutes and they sent out the missing piece in the same day.

I've purchased 2 of this brand of shelving kits. They both work as advertised and I have found these to be more sturdier than the typical wire shelves you get at the big box stores. The other nice thing is this expands to fit your closet. I have read some people saying they needed to put glue into the slots to hold the poles in. The only thing I will say is that I put the smaller end of the tubes in first and then the bigger ends next. I think if you put the bigger ends in first some might find it hard to put the smaller end in all the way due to how it slides. I've done them both ways and didn't have any issues. The other thing I will say is don't try to power the anchors into the drywall. Nice and easy is the way to go. Once up, you've got some sturdy functional shelves.The first kit I got was perfect and went up just as the instructions said they would. With that I ordered this kit as I wanted to put a second shorter shelf in since I have 3 little girls. I put this in half the length of the closet so longer coats could go in as well.I did experience an issue with the second kit and was a bit disappointed. That all changed though when the seller contacted me personally and handled the issue above my satisfaction.In short, you get a quality product backed by a company that stands behind their product. That goes a long way for me.

I bought this after the wire shelving in my wife’s closet broke from the weight of her clothes. A few of the reviews mentioned how strong it was so I thought I’d try it out. Assembly was pretty straight forward. There is a QR code in the instructions that directs to an assembly video. The video is fast forwarded, so I had to rewind a few times, but it was not difficult at all to assemble. I even did a hanging test on it myself (185 lbs) to see how it held up. Installed about three weeks ago and still holding strong.

I was actually worried that this shelf would look too much like something meant for the garage even though I was installing it in a hall closet, but it actually looks much better than I expected. It was not easy to install though. My closet is exactly 29 inches and this shelf said it was made for 29-49 inches. I think to easily install it you would need to have a closet that's 30 inches - not 29. The rods were very difficult to get into the holes and probably took a lot longer than it would have if my closet would have been even half an inch bigger. But I guess I know that the rods are in there for good and this thing isn't going anywhere anymore. Once installed it looked great though.

Absolutely live it! A closet anywhere I need it. Kit includes all the hardware and easy to install. Really well built too.
