Comes with two receivers to use with second dog or use as backup. Has beep sound, vibrate or shock mode with intensity level settings on transmitter. I like the fact that you can turn the receiver on or off as needed to preserve the battery. It comes with a charger that can charge both receiver and transmitter at the same time un like other collars I have had. Works well

I bought these after much hesitation. A friend had the same pair so I was able to get a review from her too. I just don't like the idea of using a shock collar. But I have 2 stubborn dogs where nothing g else has worked.I have a boxer "puppy" who is almost 2 and a Jack Russell who is 6. I am glad this has the 3 different settings, vibration, sound and shock. I use the vibration and sound on a regular basis. My only concern is that it is easy to be on the wrong setting. The item comes with 2 collars. So you are able to set it to Collar 1 or Collar 2. While you can easily see which one is set in the screen.. if you have 2 dogs with one remote, sometimes being quick for both dogs is difficult. This is likely a user issue.. not product issue. It charges quick and lasts a long time.

I really like these collars for my two dogs. They responded to these quickly and I very rarely need to use the shock. They respond to the beeping as well as the vibrating. The only thing that I found it hard to do was that you need to toggle back and forth between dogs. If you are not careful, you can easily signal the wrong collar if the incorrect dog is selected. I wish there were separate sets of buttons for dog 1 and dog 2.Also, the remote goes into sleep mode. In order for you to “wake it up”, you need to select a command. I typically push the beep however most of the time it will send the signal however, you can not see what dog is selected first. So if you want to shock initially, you may shock the incorrect dog.It would also be helpful if the shock button was a different color and that it didn’t blend in with the three other buttons.Overall, the dogs respond to this collar very well.

Great training collar to start with, and get your dog acclimated to you putting it on and taking it off the recall button and the vibrations are great starters to build up to the shock. Once you’re at shock level, I do suggest switching to a different E collar as this one isn’t great for reactive dogs, but still a great tool for somebody who wants to start.

This is a great collar. We have tried several training collars and had issues with all of them. This holds a charge for a VERY long time. The collar stays tight unlike others we tried. The audible alarm is loud so it can be clearly heard. It gets quieter when it needs charged making it very easy to test the battery. Our stubborn husky would not stay in our yard or come when called until we used this collar. We have only shocked him once and now he comes 99% of the time as soon as he hears the audible alarm and always comes if we use the vibration. Don't waste your time or money on other collars. This is the best available, especially for a large breed, fluffy, or stubborn dog.

I like it but the vibration strength goes only up to 8.My dog has gotten use to it and it is not as effective. I wish I could increase the vibration.Otherwise, it works great and does it's job.

These have been a great tool to help train my two young (1 and 2 years old) and goofy dogs. I love that there are so many power options. I have only had to zap each of them once or twice in 4 months as the vibrate setting usually gets the job done. These have helped take our training to the next level for sure!

The media could not be loaded.  We are not first-time dog owners or first-time shock collar owners. I was initially excited to find that there were highly rated less expensive shock collars, but unfortunately, their quality matches their price: CHEAP. Our other brand of collar is about 3 times the cost of these, but we still have it, and it still works well, lasting now for 5+ years, while these are non-functioning in less than 6 months. Here's a summary of what went wrong:1. Thickness and sturdiness: 1 star. Week 1 of use: both collar straps and buckles broken by our dogs. They bit through them wrestling with each other. I attempted to replace the collar straps and buckles by buying straps from pet stores, but the strap replacements were all too thick to fit through the narrow space on the shock collar, and buckles too wide to fit the thin provided straps. Collar straps thin and poor quality. I was able to jimmy together one working collar from the broken pieces of the two of them. Still two shock parts of the collar, but only one working strap and buckles now.2. Functionality: Our dogs didn't seemed to respond to the vibration or shocks most of the time, which shocked us! We kept increasing the power of the shocks, but still nothing far too often, and then when it did work, our dogs got much more of a shock than we wanted, because we thought it wasn't high enough. We did everything recommended, removed rubber contact points, and put on the longer contact points, but it was still hit and miss.3. 3 months in, one shock collar failed to turn on and off anymore. The on/off button does nothing now. So, we're down to 1 working collar.4. 4 months in, the last remaining working shock collar won't charge. We plug it in, but it doesn't seem to connect where it plugs into the collar.5. Customer service? No phone number on their website, only an email. Waiting to hear back from them, but regardless, this is poor quality. Hopefully we can get our money back, because I wouldn't want replacements if they function in the same way.Wish they were of better quality! Too bad they're not!UPDATE: Feb. 6, 2021- customer service via email was responsive, and they sent replacements for the everything but the charger. I had to include a video of the problem with my email to get replacements. But, guess what? When I plugged them in to charge them with the original charger, they wouldn't charge. Perhaps the reason the second shock collar wouldn't charge was the charger in the 1st place? I have contacted customer service, and they have committed to send a replacement charger, but since every single piece of my original equipment quit working in < 6 months from puchase, my confidence in this product's quality is very low. Lo compré ya hace varios meses y siguen funcionando a la perfección, se han mojado por la lluvia collares y control y sin problemas hasta la fecha, quiero comprar más pero no se si hagan interferencia con más equipos similares en la misma locación, tengo 12 perros q controlar.

Me gusto mucho pues con solo la opción de sonido mis perros dejan de ladrar y no molestan a mis vecinos
