I purchased this product in May of 2020 and want to share a remarkable story. After just over a year from purchase I lost one of the devices (shown in photo). I had given up on finding it, but was happy to have the one left, which I used mostly when watching T.V. It was especially helpful if characters were speaking English with an accent. It seemed to block out background noise and made it much easier for me to understand what was being said. I also wore it when driving to make sure I heard warning sounds while on the road like horns and sirens approaching.The remarkable story is this: A few days ago while raking leaves in my yard I saw, buried in the leaves and grass what appeared to be an earbud. Upon examination, I was stunned when it turned out to be the lost amplifier. I'm not sure if the photo shows it clearly but there are marks on the casing which might be from my mower or maybe from the gnawing of a squirrel. It is very dirty and I had no hope that it would work after being outside for possibly close to a year. But, I plugged it in anyway and overnight it fully charged. I couldn't resist putting it in my ear briefly. It worked!I hesitate to use it, though because there is dirt, or mold, or something dark inside the clear tube leading from from the amplifier to the ear bud.If anyone knows a way to safely remove this tube to clean it please let me know.

I received about what I expected. If I have any complaint, it is that the low end of the volume range is not as low as I would like. I set them on the low setting switch an the volume very low and the amplification is quit loud. Too loud if I push the ear plugs into my ear canal. So, I leave the ear piece in the ear but not inserted into the ear tube. There is no squelch feature, so if I put my hand too close to my ear, I get a loud whine. But I am satisfied. Won't look further. I had some $3000 aids tuned by audiologists which I lost after 10 years. I can hear well enough with these. I can easily afford what I want, but a not vain. I would not upgrade to non squealing just now.

It's a shame because these could have been great. Everything about them is great except for one little, none the less important,thing. The rubber tips that go in your ear don't seal well, don't stay in place for very long. We tried all of the different sizes provided too. When they get loose feedback begins making a loud whistle in your ear. I hate leaving a negative review but my my girlfriend struggles with the ones I bought for her all day long. We're going to have to buy something else.

Got these for my gramma and works great. When I received it I tested it out first to see how well they worked. I was quite impressed. I also like the packaging of these. I got the two pack because of the deal eith getting two. I figured she only needs one but if the other dies she has a backup. Wach one came with a power cord and wall plug and multiple ear tips. I the plastic case will work for her if she is traveling to easily keep it stored and won't lose it.When I first put it on her ear she could hear me better. It took just a short time to get it set up to the proper sound setting for her so she can properly hear us and the TV. A big thing she likes is the neutral color of the part that goes over the ear. She is a little embarrassed to wear something that shows hearing impairment but she has more confidence that it doesn't show as much. We are both very happy with this purchase and not have to spend a bunch on hearing aids.

We had them for a day. As mentioned the amplification is OK but these things are very large hearing devices. Most behind the ear units are fairly small and hardly noticeable but these are large and the part that reaches over the top of the ear and then enters the ear itself to transmit the sound is very large and obvious. They are being returned.That may not matter to some but it is a deal buster for our needs.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this is amazing. While riding in the car the grandkids put the music up too loud so I took my hearing aid out of my ear and put it in my pocket. Forgot about it being in the pocket, it went through the washier and dryer before I missed it. Just for the heck of it I put it in my ear and IT STILL WORKED. I am amazed and thankful.

This product when the volume is turned up and you place your hand near the device it emits a deafening shreak. Does not do it when the volume is very low or when your hand is away from it. It's too sensitive.

Good product
