I've used this product before and it went on very easily. i recently purchased again and it this time i have to press really hard. what can i do?

Mine goes on easily. Is it a different color? Did you buy from the same company this time? Sometimes people set up counterfeit stores on Amazon.

how would somebody use the white pencil?

Also, many use it on the lower water line to make their eyes appear more open, less red and more awake. I'm not a fan of white. I prefer nude. I've used Marc Jacobs pale pink. I really like it, but those retractable pencils are $28 and they only last a few weeks!!! It's pathetic! I've had the entire "lead" fall out within the first few days! I've purchased 3, no more! I've given them the last $100!
