How do you keep the clear back door closed? I thought I got a faulty product and exchanged it for a new one, it’s exactly the same

The first recycle truck back end door we ordered would not latch at all. Very disappointing. We returned the first and reordered a new one. The second truck does latch. It is a fun cute toy.

Why the instruction says no recharable battries? any technical reason?

Alkaline batteries work best and are most powerful/most effective for this toy.

Why doesn’t the drill work? The motor works when activated, but does not fit with the screws.

There is a head that goes into the drill, its clear. That goes over the screws to make them spin
