Must-have to take care of your lawn
These are absolutely essential if you care for your grass. My golden retriever was burning the grass all over the place and these stopped it in short order. I just use regular water to refill his bowl if there are heavy rains. I buy these continuously and use the water made with them for our two cat's water as well so that the litter box does not have the ammonia smell from their urine. Important for litter boxes in small spaces like a bathroom.

Helped but not great
Doesn’t work as good as advertised I’ve given it a full season and used as directed but it’s really that effective

I Was Hopeful
I've been using the Dog Rocks brand and they have been getting expensive, but they work, so wanted to try these instead as a lower cost alternative. Nope, they don't work. These don't work like the chews or additives to their food don't work. Putting them in a pitcher in the fridge is a pain, but it would be okay if they worked, but unfortunately they don't seem to. I have dead spots appearing in my boy's favorite pee spots, and that will not fly. Back to the Dog Rocks brand. Quite disappointing.

Works well
Definitely a better price than the previous dark rocks I have bought in past and the water is a little on the cloudy side. Don’t see my dogs drinking as much water as before, but it appears to work.

These really work!
I got sod put in. My landscaper told me don’t let your dog pee on it! Oh no! I got the grass for her too! There were three pee spots the first week I got the sod! Got these stones and have been using them for a couple months now. Not a single spot on my sod from pee burn! The others went away. Yes that’s her in the pix.

They aren't effective.
I switched to these from another product because they were slightly cheaper, now my lawn is completely fried. The others worked better. I got what I paid for, I'm switching back to my old brand. I'd pass on these.

Have to be placed in a jug to work properly.
These are great, I put them in a big jug and just keep filling it up. My grass is perfect, no wee patches at all. Works a treat. I find it’s no good putting them in her water bowl as the need time in the water to work properly. I too the jug up before bed and ready to go in the morning.
