This rice is relatively clean, requiring less rinsing than some other poha thick rice. It's fluffy and cooks up quickly and ready to use in various recipes. I found it easy to digest and not as heavy as traditional rice. More expensive than regular rice, but a nice change of pace. Just don't over soak it or it will become mushy.

It's not good quality. The poha smells. Even after keeping it in the sun, the smell does not go away and as a result it's bad in taste.
