**Q: I've seen some 1mg and some 4gm so is 12mg not too much? Will that much knocked you out fast or make you sleep too long?**
A: 12mg of Melatonin is much higher than the recommended dose. Start at 1mg and take it 30 minutes before when you plan on turning out the lights and see how you feel. It should be used sparingly. If it doesn't help, you can try 3mg, or bump up to 5mg. Rarely, do healthcare providers recommend going up to 10mg, which is the actual highest dose. Seeing a 12mg fast acting dose is concerning as it's not really a thing.

Add to cart NOW! I can honestly tell you that these actually work!! They are a game changer. As someone who has suffered from insomnia pretty much my whole adult life (20+ years) and has tried literally everything OTC or prescribed, I am SOOOO grateful to finally have found something that actually works! In 20 minutes or less. I work a swing shift and embarrassingly sometimes overindulge in caffeinated beverages to get through my workday. No more tossing and turning. I get a full nights sleep with just two. On my very worst day, it only took three. I have been using this product for about 3 weeks now, five (sometimes 6 days a week) and I have gotten the same result every time. They are tiny in size. Dissolve in your mouth or you can bite into them and swallow very quickly. The taste is neither here nor there. Slight berry but nothing drastic. Certainly not as bad as cough syrup (which I can never keep down). Excellent value for the price with 12mg each you're sure to get a good nights rest on one. I started with two because I have a high tolerance to most things. Like I said, 3 max is all I've had to take to be out within 20 minutes. They come in a sturdy plastic bottle with an easy flip top for convenient access. I left the cotton inside to ensure maximum freshness. Received October 2025 and expiration date is good until 11/27. These are sure to be gone by then! Definitely on my most favorites and reorder list permanently.
