Overpriced and NOT memory foam, do not recommend
I really wanted to love this product, but it was a total waste of money for me. The foam, while high quality foam, is definitely NOT memory foam as advertised. If you press with your hand, it springs back immediately. Because the foam is too stiff, it makes the pillow too thick and uncomfortable for me and actually exacerbated my problem. The cover is soft, but I was not a fan of the straps. Ended up getting a flat true memory foam travel pillow which works perfectly for me and was a fraction of the price.

Not worth the money
I really wanted to love this, and honesty, it’s comfortable, but for the price, no way! It doesn’t stay put and the standard size is even too small for me and I don’t have long legs. I’m 5’3” and if I don’t get it exactly in the right position, my leg slides off. Then you can’t move at all while sleeping or you’re back to square one trying to position this thing. The longer one has 2 straps which I’m assuming would be better, the one strap is useless. The cover is aIso poor quality. I only actually slept with this 3 nights (and it ends up on the floor pretty quickly) and the fabric is all pilled up and scratchy and the cover split straight across the entire pillow. I bought this after I broke my ankle because I thought it would help side sleeping so my ankles don’t touch. If you’re someone who doesn’t move an inch while you’re sleeping, this could work. I’m really disappointed and I feel like I’ve wasted a lot of money.

Extremely dissatisfied, do not buy, rated a 1 only because can't a 0
I was reluctant to purchase this because the price was so high. The thing was that nobody else that I found made a leg pillow that support the complete lower leg. The straps for some reason are held together with Velcro yet are not hardly adjustable. The Velcro at times digs into my skin until I adjust. The edges should be rounded but they are square, making it an exact adjustment to get the pillow comfortable. From that point I did like the product enough to just put up with it and keep it. As I wrote, I didn't see any alternative product to buy that would fit my needs.4 months in and I must say this thing is a piece of junk. The fabric is starting to come aaprt slightly and the zipper handle pulled right off.It says that the return window was closed in Feb. I suppose I'll wait to see if I get a response from the supplier and if I don't, I'll explore other means. I do not want to keep this thing; especially as bad as it is and very expensive.

The extra length to ankles is great!
I don't really have a use for the thigh strap. But if you toss and turn a lot it does come in handy. It has relieved my sciatic pain by a lot, I have double scoliosis so I don't have any high hopes of anything completely relieving it but I don't wake up as often as I used to. The extra length to the ankles is really nice so not only does it fix the gap between the hips to knees but also when elevated you no longer have to worry your knees hurting due to the gap from knees to ankle. This is of course if you have wide hips as I do. I recommend this product.

Great for my back; poor quality for price.
I am a side sleeper with back problems and this pillow plus a memory foam mattress topper makes sleeping a lot easier for me. The only issue I have with the pillow is that for the price it is quite poorly made using cheap thread. I had to re-stitch the seams several times where the thread broke and seams pulled apart. I finally just re-stitched the whole thing, only to have the zipper head come completely off the track because the end of the track had not been properly anchored.

Totally Awesome :)
Several years ago I had knee surgery and ended up with screws in my kneecap and femur bone. The surgery was a success but I left me not being able to sleep on my sides because when my knees touched together it put pressure on my screws. Over the years I tried just about every kind of pillow known to man in hopes of being able to fix my problem. Then 'BAM' one night while surfing Amazon I came across this pillow. I was hesitant about spending $50+ on a pillow though. So instead, I admired the pillow from a far and continued to suffer at night. FINALLY, my husband made me buy it. (Apparently I was keeping him awake too because of my constant moving) Now I could kick myself for not getting it sooner. It's perfect. The curve in the pillow is perfect for my kneecap position. I can honestly that the pillow has corrected my sleeping issue.

Been happy with this for both knee and back pain relief
I've been using this pillow for about 9 months now - originally to help reduce stress on a knee injury I suffered last year, and then found myself continuing to use it when I noticed it helping with a long-time back injury. During the period where my knee was recovering the pillow helped a LOT to reduce sideways pressure on the joint, which had been a primary source of discomfort while trying to sleep. (I'd tried a few of the shorter knee-only pillows before I got this one, but since i'm a side sleeper the short pillows actually increased the sideways pressure on the knee joint and made it hurt more. Having support along the entire lower leg like this pillow provided was much better for my injury and sleep habits.) As the knee healed and stopped being a nuisance at night, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it also reduced pain from an old back injury. It wasn't a miracle cure that made the back pain vanish or anything, but it made a noticeable difference in how many times I was waking up during the night to shift positions.Overall I've been very happy I picked this pillow up. I'll admit - from the laundry perspective it'd sometimes be nice if I could pick up a second cover for the pillow, but it's not something I'd deduct any points over.

Side Sleeper and Kept Waking up when I'd turn to other side with this on my knee
My knee was hurting so bad that I tried to use this two nights in a row but maybe because I wasn't used to it and being a side sleeper when turning to other side I would wake up a bunch and have to adjust this thing. It maybe helped the pain a tiny bit but not worth wrestling with it all night. It's too expensive too. I'll stick with my old king size pillow to prop my hurting knee when on my side. At least with my old regular pillow I can beat it to death to get it in the right position.
