Is the power consumption 16w?

Hi , yes , it is 16 watts . Hardly notice it on the smart meter :)

When it is off i have noticed when the cord is moved it switches on the fan, is that supposed to happen?

I haven't noticed that happening. However, if I switch the main plug on, the fan starts up full-on, even though the fan has been turned off.

Are they all clicking and cracking on oscillation? Ours makes this strange noise and I want to understand if all these fans do that.
