It does keep my hydrangeas leaning toward blue.
I like the ease and that it doesn’t have any ill affects on my plant. I love the violet colors, along with the pinks. I like it better than pure blue, thus I have not added the solution every two weeks as recommended.

Eficacia del peoeucto
No funciona muy bien, sea aplica semanalmente ya que las hortencias tienden a ponerse moradas y a mi me gustan azules, pero no mucho funciona

Works for Hydrangeas, Difficult to apply does not dissolve well
I bought this to rapidly drop the pH of the soil in the pots I have hydrangeas in. The flowers were pink and newly purchased/planted. I mixed in the "Blue Magic" into a 2 gallon water can and applied to the pots. Within about 2 weeks the flowers began to look a deep purple. I followed the directions and waited the 2 weeks and reapplied. It has been close to a month since I first applied and most of the flowers are dark purple and the small buds are bright blue. I am hoping the new flowers burst out with the beautiful blue flowers hydrangeas are known to produce.+ Inexpensive, large bag+ Works nearly immediately, rapidly drops pH- Very Dusty- Does not dissolve well in water, if it even does at all. It looked like the white powder just settled to the bottom of the watering can._Bottom Line_ Yes, the product seems to be changing the color of my hydrangeas, and served as a quick fix. No, I would not recommend this product to a friend. I have many acid loving plants but it seems the best way (for me) to lower pH is by using alternatives to Aluminum. I did some research after I made the purchase and decided I do not want to spread this stuff on my azaleas and other acid loving plants in the garden. There are many alternatives that are much safer. Overall, I am happy with how quickly the flowers changed color but I will only be using this in small amounts for my container plants.

Blue Hydrangea
It worked in a week to turn pink hydrangea (in 4 inches pot) to purple then blue. I used this with Citric acid to make a solution then watered hydrangea once every 2 weeks.( 5 table spoons Aluminum Sulfate : 15 g Citric acid : Water 5 gallons). I recommend this product.

Easy to use!!
Have put it down around our hydrangeas, but since they aren't blooming yet, we don't know if this product is working or not.
