A: Hi there, thank you for your question! You can certainly purchase a new pump for your Mini fountain, the model number is PAC00-14745. If your pump has seemingly stopped working in a short period of time, it may just simply need to be lubricated. To do this, disassemble the pump (like you would for your normal weekly cleanings), and thoroughly wash and dry all three parts. Next, place a drop of edible oil (such as olive or vegetable) on the motor pin. Finally, reassemble the pump, reassemble the fountain, add water, and you should be good to go! For any further questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us directly.

**Q: Will this work w/out a filter ?**
A: This is a great question! You may use the PetSafe Drinkwell Mini Fountain without the filter in place. However, they do create better tasting and smelling water to encourage the pet to drink more often.
