Does it contain sodium and if yes, how much?

Of course it does; not salt, no flavor! I have never looked at the bottle but it doesn't taste like a lot of salt. I has very strong truffle/garlicky taste so I sprinkle from a couple of feet above my pizza and barely taping the side of the bottle once or twice.
