INCORRECT SIZE with recent orders x2
I have been ordering these 2 1/4" x 50' receipt rolls since 2021 and they have been great. However, I ordered them on 04.01.2023 and received rolls that were WAY TOO LONG, I'm guessing at least 100-150' in length, and too large to fit in our credit card machine. I thought it was a one-time error, and sent them back to Amazon, requesting a replacement order. I received the replacement today, and they are still far too large. See attached photo, with the correct item (only one we have left) on the left, and the replacement rolls on the right. Of note, they have the same item number on the package, so the error is happening on the vendor side, rather than Amazon shipping the wrong item. Will be sending them back, again. What a waste of time and fuel!
