Leaks...changed a formerly stellar coffee cup
This product has changed significantly. The lid leaks down the cup because the seal isn't tight. The lip of the cup is designed differently from the previous model which did not leak. The slip cover to protect your hand from a hot beverage has a cheaper look. The older model lasted for years and was more elegant looking. This version is too expensive for the performance and appearance. Does keep a beverage hotter longer than an open-top mug, but overall I am saddened that the company seems to have made some shortcuts to save a buck. Previously this was the only cup for me, but unless they return to their former glory, I will have to move on.

Almost perfect...but not quite.
These mugs are as pictured, though both of mine came with all white silicone accessories (sleeve and lid). The seal is pretty good, but not perfect. Sometimes a small amount leaks out, and is generally caught by the sleeve, preventing a total spill. Regardless, this is more than just an annoyance, but not frequent enough for me to put up a real fuss. The design is nice, clean lines etc.

Product received was slightly different than pictured. Sleeve and lid were green and label indicated Mulberry / Genmert Inc. Lids leak, sleeves get too hot and generally not as nice as actual Eco Cup / DCI Gifts mugs I have purchased in the past. Functional (without the lids) as extra cups but not good for intended travel use.

Not the original DCI Eco-Cups!
These cups are not the original Eco-Cups from DCI. They leak from the lid and they are 15 oz, NOT 16 oz cups. The sleeve is not thick enough to keep your hand from getting hot. Overall, these deserve 0 stars, but obviously that is not an option. They are being returned. It is getting extremely difficult to order from Amazon because of all the inaccurate descriptions and knock-off products. I am very disappointed because Amazon used to be my favorite place to shop since I became a customer in 2007.

Great Buy!
Excellent alternative to plastic. I really love the silicon lid. It makes drinking my coffee even more enjoyable....if that is possible. Cleans easily and goes in the dishwasher.
