I use Xylitol which is supposed to kill bad baterias. Is it a good idea to use both Oralbitic and Xylitol? Will Xylitol kill this good bacteria too?

Did you see the results of these immediately or did it take a while?

The jury is still really out, I am using this to prevent cold and strep in my child. He has not had strep this year so far, so I think it does help that, but I am waiting to see how the cold and flu season turns out, I will update. There was a study that the K12 BLISS prevents strep, so I am really using it for that and was hoping it help with colds as well. I think results would be immediate, if it provides some protection, than I would say it is worth it and I think I have seen some protection.

SO IT MUST BE REFRIGERATED AFTER OPENING?

I keep mine in the fridge. It arrives in insulated wrapping to keep it cool and I assume like other probiotics that it will require refrigeration.
