what size suppositories go with the applicator?

There is no applicator is needed.

What is the difference between the fleet suppositorie laxitive and fleet adult glycerin suppositorie?

I think it is a matter of only words. I use the item as pictured, the Fleet adult glycerin suppository, I don't know about the suppository laxative. Fleet glycerin suppository gives a laxative action or results when it is used. Fleet packaging for adult glycerin suppositories changed in the last few years, as it was updated a bit, don't remember what the old package wording was. Perhaps the products are the same, you could try to call Fleet's customer service number to verify. I have used Fleet products for many years and have had only the best results. Fleet adult glycerin suppository is a laxative, so I believe you are speaking about the same product, not two different ones.

How many suppositories are you getting in this order? Pack of 4 totals 50 or does each pack contain 50?

Each container has 50.....so 4 x 50 = 200

Where is the applicator

I have been using these daily for years with success. I get them fron AMAZON because they are much less expensive than over the counter stores.
