This is an easy choice when adding salt to many things, as you get the garlic flavor with it, and a little sweetness from the sugar. I like to use it on my eggs, beans, and even in soups. My daughter lost some taste with Covid - and absolutely loves this for the flavor she gets. Good value for this size, and good quality as well.

This is one of the largest containers of garlic salt I’ve ever had in my kitchen. Actually, it’s THE largest. It actually takes a little getting used to, in your hand, when you’re using it to, say, season steak or ground beef for meatballs, etc. I’m not saying this is the end of the world, but it takes a little getting used to. Also. Lawry’s Garlic Salt is made with coarse sea salt, and is combined with parsley, which is fine and dandy with me...but it might not be good for every single use you need traditional garlic salt for, I don’t know. It also necessitates pretty large openings on the dispenser because the actual garlic salt isn’t fine like traditional garlic salt. Just something to consider. This was new to me, but nothing that was a problem. Of course, I’m Italian, so I don’t measure garlic salt (does any recipe call for measured garlic salt? If so, I don’t measure garlic salt. I just dump it in, whether it’s minced garlic or garlic salt. The same will go with this.). Finally, this is a BIG container. Like B-I-G. It doesn’t fit in my spice rack, so it’s gotta go in my cabinet, but whatever, no biggie. Lawry’s Garlic Salt sits right by the cans of crushed tomatoes, so it’s right at home. And the price is great, this is definitely a good value. p.s. The flavor is fantastic and the garlic presence is strong. When I open the container, the whole kitchen smells like garlic.
