I buy them for my sinuses, I suffer a lot with headaches, for the stuffiness of the nose, the gentle amount of menthol opens them up. My throat if it gets dry. They are fantastic and very popular. No sugar but well worth the purchase. I highly recommend this product.

I've been using Ricola as an alternative to breath mints for years. About a year ago I had to start taking medicine that left a horrendous taste in my mouth. Two meds, in fact, so even if I can ever stop taking one, the bad taste will remain from the other. Point being, I am using more Sugar Free Ricola than ever now. Probably too much, but it works better than mouthwash or Tic-Tacs or whatever, so there ya go. Would've given 5 stars except the price keeps on rising, whether I buy in bulk here on Amazon or in single packs at a grocery store. I've bought so much of this stuff that I should own stock in the company by now, but I'd gladly settle for a sub-$2.00 price tag per pack. Otherwise, I love the stuff.
