A good product, cleans the lenses well
I really like this product. I had to find another because my the previous one I used was stopped. This does clean off the build up I get on my lenses. Some reviewers have said it is more expensive, but I don't understand this as the bottle is bigger and therefore lasts longer. I think it is really good value and a good product.

Best I've tried & I've tried a lot
Good value for money and cleans my soft contact lenses better than anything else I have tried, keeping them clean and comfortable.

Has been a very good replacement for Boston Lens Cleaner during the recent Bausch and Lomb recall
This was recommended to me by Moorfield’s Eye Hospital as I kept on getting gunky eyes in the morning after putting in my lenses. I used this once a week along with Boston lens cleaner. Then the Bausch and Lomb recall of Boston Lens solutions (and many others) happened and I have been using this all the time. It is an efficient cleaner and removes protein deposits well. I do think it is a little on the expensive side though. Which makes me look forward to getting back to Boston solutions…..they are cheaper.

Professional product
This product was recommended by my optometrist. It is a quality product that offers value for money on the cleaning power side. It is also easy to use and ensures good eye health

Does what it should!
Since the Bausch and Lomb recall, finding good cleaning fluid, or conditioning, has been a real pain. I’ve tried a few and this Ote stuff has filled the gap nicely. It doesn’t feel quite as smooth as the Revu fluid I used to use but in terms of cleaning and comfort I’ve not noticed any difference. My only complaint is I can’t find a detailed breakdown of what’s in it to be sure it doesn’t contain chemicals I know are damaging to RGP lenses, but I’ve not noticed any issues. I’ve just been to my optician and they were happy with the condition of my lenses, so presumably all is well. I probably will go back to Revu once it’s available, but in the meantime this seems like a good option. Everyone’s eyes are different, but for me this is a good alternative.

Good
Does the job. Is the one that the NHS provides for cleaning hard contact lenses

Works very well with gas permeable lenses
Now that the original Lens cleaner (for Boston gas permeable lenses) is not available I have been very pleased with the Ote cleaner. It is clear, not cloudy like the original, but I think it works just as well. Seems expensive but lasts a long time. If, like me, you don't get on with the all-in-one type of solutions this little bottle of cleaner is your answer.
User
Good enough. But what are the ingredients?
It’s good enough as a lense cleaner, but why no proper list of ingredients so one can know what one has bought in terms of composition, surely this is required ? Label the ingredients individually please. After using this, I note that it has to be vigorously rinsed off the lense before peroxide soaking as it will cause a lot of frothing in the lense case causing the peroxide levels to get too low for a good overnight soak clean.
