Brass Nautical Ship Wheel Boat's Wheel in Black Finish & Aluminum Hull (30 inches)

Brass??The center of the wheel is a silver metal, the wooden part is black and very poorly painted. I'm going to repaint it and use it on a table as a candle holder. Definitely not going on a wall!
