I am absolutely in love with this chair. I recently purchased it to pair with my new office desk, and it completely elevated the entire look and feel of my workspace. The chair was quite easy to assemble, but as always, it's easier to have a helper. During the wait time to receive the chair I was a little sceptical about all the great reviews. I have worked in many places during my careers, both in the military and contractor roles and have NEVER found a chair that absolutely met with my requirements. Well, I have just found such chair! While unboxing, I was surprised at the weight and the feel of the chair material. Once I put it together, I was amazed how much I liked this chair that I am now sitting in. It has a refined look and captures it's owner with curves in all the right places, with the elegant feel of the leather-like skin. The chair meets all of the my requirements and when you add a lambs wool seat cover and upgraded casters, it honestly to die for! I am not kidding! I am about 250 pounds and the chair let me recline to the point where I actually fell asleep! I am actually considering purchasing one or two more of these chairs just in case I somehow break or lose it. I am now retired, but I spend a lot of time in my home office in front of the computer. I think this chair will actually improve my home and work life. You can not go wrong with this chair!

The chair is spot on to the picture and description, exactly what I wanted, also comfy and great size. However if you were hoping this chair would last a year, it won't. I have barely had it 8 months and it no longer adjusts up and down. It took me awhile to realize that the black tar substance on my floors was coming from the faulty piston in the chair and connected to the reason the chair would slowly over time sink to the lowest setting, now it no longer goes up at all. I am hoping to find a new piston or chair base, but this should not have happened in less than a year. Update: I contacted the seller and let them know that the gas piston was leaking and no longer functioning. They responded within days and have already sent a new piston for replacement. The customer service with this company is very responsive and helpful. Here is to hoping that it works to fix the chair.

This is the best looking and most comfortable office chair I have ever owned. When you sit down in the seat it feels like it fits you body perfectly. The arm rest are at a perfect height and the bottom seat cushion is very comfortable even after a long day of sitting it doesn't tire you out. The back is a perfect size for support and if you do want to recline there are different levels you can set it at. Everyone in my office building is jealous of my chair and want one just like it now. The price was also great, I feel like I got this for a solid deal...almost a steal!

I've been using this chair for over 3 years now. I work from home, so 8 hours a day, Mon-Friday you'll find me in this chair. I really like the fabric material as it is very durable, but still soft. It still looks as good as the day I bought it! The chair has great back arch and hip support making it very comfortable to sit in for long periods of time. The other thing I love is the only plastic in the whole construction are the wheels. The chair is only just starting to have some small issues. It's starting to show it's age, but nothing I would hold against it. The padding in the arm rest is losing it's cushion and the height and back rest adjustment controls are starting to not work correctly. All in I'd highly recommend the chair, especially for the money!

Great chair for about 3 months, then both arms eventually broke off. Not a good chair.

I just put this chair together this morning and I am obsessed! I waited over a year to buy a new office chair and I shouldn't have. I really hope this chair holds up and will definitely update the review if it doesn't. (I'm good about that.) This chair leans back just right when I press back and I can rest my head too. I got rid of the pillow I was using as lumbar support in the previous chair. I wouldn't say this chair gives a great deal of lumbar support but it is enough for me. I am 5'2'', 130lbs. My husband is 6'3'' 180lbs and upon sitting in it and leaning back asked when we can get one for him. I had no idea this handsome comfortable chair was the final piece I needed for content productivity. I thought I had all the senses covered. The chair is not only beautiful but it is soft and comfortable to the touch as well. I was looking at leather chairs before and reclining gaming chairs with foot rests. I am sooo glad I got this one instead! I do have a bar under my desk that I use to prop my feet up and highly recommend some kind of foot rest. I also opted to not put the arm rests on and love the look. Can't say enough good things about this chair. Buy it with confidence.

For the price, this is a great office chair. Very easy to assemble in less than 30 min. Just be sure to notice the arrows that indicate the direction the seat faces so that you place the adjustor on the bottom of the seat in the correct direction. (There are no notes is the assembly instructions on these arrows.) The chair is beautiful and very comfortable. I’ve only had it two weeks, but it feels sturdy. It can tilt way back and the tilt tension works great. I love this chair! Perfect for a big guy.

I had asked for assembly service as well but not received And the base of the chair has a dent.

I love this chair. It's super comfortable and my posture is so much better in it. It was worth the investment and it looks so nice and expensive. It wasn't too hard to put together either. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful! Bought two for our shared home office. I’m 5’2 and husband is 5’11 and we both find them very comfy. Supports lower back and I’m short enough to use head rest. Easy assembly. Material is beautiful, I’m hoping it holds up and does not crack.

Love it so far. Looks like leather, but is better because you can wipe the fabric down, not cold. Would recommend, have only had it a few months, but seems sturdy, very comfortable.
