Very good product
Very happy with product. Easy to use. Taste is okay. 4 pumps a day. Works well with me. No side effects so far.

Good small dose
Not a huge amount of iron, but easily absorbed. I struggle with iron side effects but this one is nice and gentle on the stomach.Tastes good. Easy to take. Easy to transport.

Super Convenient to use
Great flavour. Easy to use, just spray in your mouth onto the inside of the cheek. I'm not good at taking pills and always had to take after food which left me feeling overfull after taking everything so this is super convenient and I don't have to dread taking the pill supplements.

Ideal
After being warned that iron tablets cause digestive issues, I tried the spray. My iron levels and energy is back up. It tastes fine, slight iron aftertaste but nothing horrible. Highly recommend if you need an OTC iron supplement

Great stuff
Great stuff, kinder on the stomach than what the GP prescribed. Tastes just fine and I do feel better after a month of using it. Will continue to purchase. Also have the B12 which is good.

Gentle on stomach. Inner cheek spray. Great product.
Bought for my son , he struggles with iron medicines / tablets and ends up with a really bad stomach.This spray is sprayed inside the mouth cheek , 4 sprays that absorb directly into the bloodstream.Gentler on the stomach.Tastes good.Good price.

Not baked apple flavour…
Can’t rate the effectiveness as it was only received today, however it is described with the wrong flavour.The box is marked as “new great flavour” and states “natural pomegranate flavour” on the box.

For a hormonal, vegetarian teenager
Got this for my nearly 13 year old. She's a vegetarian (and has been for a few years) and she's also a fussy eater. Since starting the menstrual cycle, we thought it was high time we got more iron into her system. She loves the taste and says it's like the top layer of a round trees ice lolly... Don't know if that's true or not, but I'm glad it not a fight to get her to take it! It's only been a week but hopefully it makes a difference to her every levels
