I am not going to go into the specs as they are already listed. Simply put this is a blender that can do just about anything you want. Key features which sold us on this are as follows. As with all my reviews, I will update this should it develop any issues with ongoing use. Expensive but with everything.... You get what you pay for, -Quality-Durability. -Size. Fits under our counters and looks professional on our countertop. -Blending abilities. We blend smoothies and can thrown in whole cut up apples-seeds and all. Smoothie is silky and those parts of foods you usually do not blend remain giving you even further nutrients. -Has our basic common presets for no fuss. -Has great technology built into it. It has an app, wireless connectivity so you do not need to adjust settings when you use other self detect containers. -Has timer. This is a gem! Once you find your perfect mix, you no longer have to guess at timing or anything. -Note the cord is 4 foot which is a great length. Not too long and not too short like some. Make sure you use this on a dedicated outlet. It draws 12 amps and a typical home outlet is 15 amps for older homes or 20 amps for newer homes. -Metal drive socket. When this wears down you can replace it for cheap and easily! Most kitchen appliances are made so when they break, you have to throw them away. -Does not get hot like some blenders and even has a setting to make warm soups. Yep, it actually warms them up as it blends due to friction technology. -10 Year Warranty although I do not think I will need to use. (Most are only 1 or 2 years.) Note - We have not used this with any other containers. Just the 64 oz one Oh yeah, did I say SELF CLEAN!

Purchased August 2023. Shipped quickly and was packaged very well. My first ever Vitamix product. I am extremely happy with this item. It is loud, but that kind of comes with the power it has. The nice thing about the power it has is that it does the job very very fast so you don’t have to run it that long. Makes the most amazing smoothies, sorbet, puréed soups, butters ect. I was hesitant due to the price, but it is worth every dollar! I have since purchased the smaller blending attachment and container. It is incredible for making just an individual smoothie or small batches of dressing, aïoli that kind of thing. My husband’s favourite feature is the ease of cleanup. Just Add water, dish soap and turn it on. Drain and rinse. No need to worry about getting cut by the blades while cleaning. Highly recommend

Je l'utilise depuis plusieurs mois et j'en suis très satisfaite car elle est beaucoup plus puissante que ce que j'avais dans le passé. Je peux mélanger même des soupes chaudes ce qui est normalement interdit avec les mélangeurs que j'avais qui ont tous fini par se briser. Je compte sur la robustesse de ce mélangeur et qu'il saura me durer longtemps.
