Right width & length of extender however the clips that are supposed to inter lock into the harness don't fit & I tried a different size as well and got the same result. Not happy with this product. Great Idea if it worked.

It was a great value. Unfortunately it was too large for my dogs harness. But it was very sturdy. Our dog grew so fast her harness did not fit.

I ordered the large/XL size because I didn’t understand the size chart. Partially my fault for sure, but it is definitely not as clear as it could be.The chart says girth and gives a range of inches. I assumed that was talking about my dog’s chest girth’s, and it has a vest size on there too. So I figured based on your dog’s girth and the size harness they wear, they had extenders that fit for that range of sizes.The one I ordered based on my large dog’s harness and chest size was absurdly big: the head of the extender itself was over 2 inches wide. I have never seen a dog wear a harness with buckles that big on it, but if I ever do I may mistake it for a horse.Based on how big this one was, I ordered an extender that the chart says is for a size medium harness and a much smaller chest size than my dog. Now that it fits it seems to work fine, but be aware the sizing chart is a little counter-intuitive.

Ordered 2 dog harness extenders 1.5. They are way to big I don't know how they measure but these extenders are way to big. When I try to return them I have to take them to UPS. Where I live they took out are UPS so I'm stuck with extenders I can't use and a waste of money. I won't be ordering anything from Amazon again.

This was great to be able to adjust a quality harness to fit my dog when she barely fit anymore. Now it's the perfect fit again. I removed one star because the measurements are confusing. The first extender I received was way too large. The latch was much bigger than expected. I arranged to replace it with a smaller extender that didn't match the measurements I took of my harnesses latches, but it was a perfect fit.

This would have worked great if it had fit my dogs harness. It fit size-wise but the buckle was the wrong shape so I had to return it.We ended up buying a new harness but dang I wish this would have worked cause it would have been perfect!

I can't give it a 5 star because it's too big. The quality is good

Measurements were way off. Much larger than 1.5 inches.
