I don't write a lot of reviews but I'm writing this to help others with sizing.I have OA in both knees and I wear a brace. I'm generally very cold tolerant but this winter my knees are complaining for the first time.I'm 5'11" 220 lbs and my knee circumference is 17 1/2". They are a snug fit but fit well. I'm not sure how well they'd hold up if your legs are bigger around. They may stretch out.I wear them to sleep on cold nights and I'm very happy I can wear one under my OA brace. I was surprised how good my knees feel with just these when I'm not wearing my brace. I wouldn't go hiking without my brace but I do more around the house with

I hate wool, these have wool but so soft they don't bother me at all! They are made very well and I think fit many sizes with comfort.They seem to keep knee pain way down when running and it's cool outside.Bought at $12.42.
