This eyeliner is so easy to use. The tip of the eyeliner is soft but pointed which makes it precise. I will say it’s not super high quality, but I think it is worth the price! My only issue with it is that the quality of the color isn’t as opaque as I’d like it to be. It is not waterproof, but holds well to a regular day.

Second purchase👍 Stays in place. It will smudge if you take a brush to it if you like softening your line. Otherwise- stays in place. Great behavior. This a very good, smooth, waxy liner with a slight shine, that applies like velvet even on middle aged eyelids. If you have 20 year old eyelids then this will be like silky butter. This is my favorite No Budge eyeliner from ELF. This is one of three. Mascaras we are at 2-2. The cream blush with shimmer is up there with NARS orgasm. ELF is totally worth trying and their prices make it hard to say no.

I'm not a huge e.l.f fan but this eyeliner impressed me. It's soft and silky. The color is spot on. Application is easy and it looks amazing on. The longevity is fine for all day as long as you don't cry. In that case it provides racoon eyes. This is a good item at a good price point I recommend this eyeliner!

I love this eyeliner. It does not smudge easily. It wears great all day too. Great liner for the price.

It def budges but it goes on smooth and didnt need to reapply and doesnt clump up. But it does gather in the corner of the eyeball after a few hours.

this went on smooth and washed off nicely. I liked that it is a warm shade of black. I don't think there is enough product in the tube tough.

This eyeliner works very well and lasts on me all day. It glides on without pulling the skin which makes it easy to apply or re-apply if you need to. No need for special sharpeners and lasts for ages.
