Comfy and cool
After reading the reviews and judging from the size of my husband's other work boots, we ordered a size 12 when he normally wears an 11 in regular shoes. They fit great and were an answer to prayer for his feet and back. Steel toed, chemical resistant (tall) boots are mandatory on his job and the old boots were very heavy. He was in agony by the end of the day. He is loving these boots, so much more comfortable and cool. They're slightly expensive, the price exceeded his boot allowance by a little, but so worth it. They are tall but he folds down the top like a cuff and there is less interference with his pant leg that way. Still just as comfortable with the "top down".

Great product
I wear them all day every day. I own a ranch and I used to wear lace up work boots but my feet would get wet just from walking around in the grass and weeds around the ranch especially in the morning with dew and them my feet would be wet all day. So about 5 years ago I switched to regular muck boots, they were a little warm in the summer but I like the protection from the high top and thick rubber sole. I live in East Texas and we don't have thorn bushes with inch long thorns but we do have a lot f of vines with what I would call "rose bush" type thorns and with these boots you just walk right through them. A couple of years later they came out with the "Cool-Max muck boot". Those are great same protection and water proof and a lot cooler. Just last month I saw an add for the "steel-toed muck boot" and bought them right away. I feel a lot safer using a chain saw or an axe with steel toed boots.

Good steel toe work boots for messy jobs
Bought these for a friend that does roofing and needs a steel toe work boot for extreme temperatures. His work includes using roof tar and needs to be cleaned off the boots before new jobs. So far these have worked perfect, been cool on the foot, stood up to rugged labor and the tar cleaned off easy, as you can see in the pictures I uploaded. Been a month into owning them and happy with the purchase. Hope they will hold up for the next year, future review...

Very comfy, fit my super wide feet. Some issues with abrasion resistance
Bought these for working on the family farm and as a granite fabricator. For those who dont know, wet granite dust on a sealed concrete floor is as slick as ice. These boots did AWESOME in terms of traction, comfort, and the longevity of the rubber. The primary entrance to the shop is a semi dock with a ladder made of rough lumber. I would hit the back of my leg on the wood, and within a month or two it wore a hole where the rubber transitions to the upper fabric. Beyond that, they are still going strong. I will be buying another pair, and keeping these as my barn shoes, after putting a gore-tex patch on the hole.

I see now why so many outdoorsmen wear Muck Boots
Never knew what all the fuss was about until I bought a pair. I've owned rubber/neoprene boots before and they're okay for the winter, but not easy to walk in across a muddy field, because your foot slips around inside so much. Not the case with these Muck Chore boots. You can pretty much wear them year round; even in 85+ degrees, they don't feel like you're wearing a winter rubber boot. One tip, if the fit seems a little sloppy, throw another insole inside on tip of the one it comes with (they are replaceable). I did that and now mine fit like a dream, almost as snug as lace up boots. I have problems with plantar fasciitis, so I used my custom insoles on top of the one it comes with and they are awesome! I feel like I can run up hills with these boots on. If you're tired of tearing up your leather boots in the muck and mud, get a pair of the Muck Boot Chore Cool.

Don’t pass these boots up, you’ll be making a huge mistake.
If you want a comfortable muck boot I’d go no further, ya get what you pay for, tried two cheap pairs and they destroyed my feet, decided to go ahead and purchase these which I should have done the first time. No break in at all and the most comfortable muck boots I ever had, my feet are very bad to begin with and the boot while wearing them eliminated all foot pain.

Great quality boot, amazing price!!
Great quality boot, amazing price!! Fit just as expected, the brown color is more like a warm grey, not so much a brown which is fine.

Great quality - recommend
Very good quality boots. However, I do find that my feet ride up and down a little which causes blisters. This could be avoided by wearing booties inside so think about trying a size larger or half size larger and getting the booties.

Disappointed
Great product, always wear this brand, unfortunately this pair has some major issue :the left ones top /calf is almost a quarter inch larger than the right one..all the hay and everything else will fall into the boots! Nope not my leg... I measured it! Very very disappointed! It's not a cheap boots!

Great waterproof boots for anything but digging
Great waterproof boots for anything but digging. I bought these boots specifically because of the Vibram sole. A coworker has a pair of Vibram soled boots that he's worn for 2 years doing the exact same job, not a mark on them. I recieved these Muck boots today and after 10 minutes on a shovel there's already a hole forming in the sole.Otherwise they are great boots, but the sole might as well be made of sponge.
