I have not found it sticky or stiff. I have very fine hair and not a lot of it so I was anxious to try this "dry" texturizing spray. A little disappointed, I was hoping for more volume and it is more oily than dry.

It does remain full for the day if it goes flat it’s easy to just park it up with your hands through with your fingers

Q: Does this product leave any residue on dark hair?

No. I have black and white white hair and have been using Fekkai for over a year. Leaves no residue whatsoever.
