I inserted the black cartridge, and the first 20 or so pages were fine. Then the print became too light to read. I called Canon tech help, which told me to clean the printer heads. That worked for about 20 more pages, and then the same thing happened again. Canon has cleverly designed its printers so that you can't remove an ink cartridge until it's empty, so if a customer tries to avoid Canon's obscene ink prices by trying a third-party product, you can't get the cartridge out if it doesn't work. Clever, clever Canon. When I buy my next printer, which may happen sooner than expected because of this fiasco, I'm going to check out some of the new models that have cheaper ink. Need I say that I will NOT be looking at Canons?

It can often be a 'roll of the dice' when it comes to buying any brand of ink cartridges, in my case. I rarely use my printer and it can sit for some time, so I worry about the print quality when I do decide to do a print. However, I'm very pleased with these cartridges. The colours are great, installation was easy, print quality is perfect, and delivery was exceedingly quick. I'll definitely buy these again.

My canon printer which always printing perfect has now all kinds of issues.I will only buy genuine ink cartridges. Soooo disappointing!

The ink is very pale and it makes the impression not clear at all. I do not recommend this product !

VG value and works well.

Using these cartridges caused my black print head to jam making while voids across the page. No amount of cleaning or deep cleaning would fix it. I had to buy a new printer. Back to using only Canon ink after this costly mistake.
