I bought this Rajah Paprika Powder (1kg) and have been using it in a variety of dishes such as roasted potatoes, chicken seasoning and stews. The paprika has a rich red colour and a nice mild flavour that adds depth to food without being too spicy.The powder is finely ground and easy to sprinkle or mix into recipes. It blends well into sauces and marinades, adding both colour and flavour to the dish.The 1kg bag is excellent value if you cook often or use paprika regularly, and it should last quite a long time.One thing that would have made it even better is if the bag had a resealable zip seal, as it’s quite a large pack. Once opened, it would be helpful to have a way to seal it again to keep the paprika fresh.Overall, this is a good quality paprika with great colour and flavour, and good value for the size of the pack.
