Great for turning into a fine natural orange powder and adding to your DIY LMNT or other DIY electrolyte mix and baking. Its granular already but grind it further into a very fine powder in my coffee grinder first. The picture is of a portion of the powder I keep in this little jar. The company has a very good reputation.

It’s not very flavorful for tea

Finding Orange Peel in a local store was proving to be impossible and when I saw this product I decided to give it a try. It has turned out to be an excellent choice and works well in the recipes for which I needed it. It seals back up well so it remains fresh and the amount should last a long time. The pouch is easy to open and therefore, it is easy to get out the quantity you want without any mess.

Tried this for a short cut in case I didn’t have fresh oranges on hand but low on flavor. You would have to triple the amount or more to get the flavor you’re looking for. Might be okay for tea but not up to snuff for a baking recipe. Nice packaging prompt delivery. I’ll stick to fresh zest.
