Great vitamins for women
Have used these for years. Great value. The size of a couple of the pills is large but drink it with a smoothie or follow them up with breakfast and it helps them go down and helps with an jitteriness that may occur at the beginning of taking them.

JUST LIKE MAGIC
This multivitamin pack is amazing! I had a huge workload the first day I tried it, and not only did I power through everything, I realized later I had only eaten two hard-boiled eggs all day and didn’t even feel hungry until 8pm. I was so focused, energized, and locked in that I completely forgot to eat. I never write reviews, but this was so effective I had to share!

Overload of caffeine
Fish oil helps your joints. I do not use the dark green 200 mg caffeine tablet, as the other two green tablets already have some green tea in them. Still a very good overall brand and product.

I remove the dark green pill. It has caffeine and makes me a little nauseated.

Something Changed in the Formula - Had Allergic Reaction
I have used the GNC Women's Vitapak Energy and Metabolism about 3 years ago. I switched to a different multivitamin for a while, and came back to using this vitapack again. Yesterday I took the package and within 15 minutes I had an allergic reaction. My face got really hot and red and my arms got itchy hives all over. I had to take Benadryl to deal with the issue. I think something changed in the formula - I am not sure which pill gave me the reaction. I will take one pill at a time over the next 5 days to see which one is causing the problem. Stay tuned... Day #1 (today): Took the dark green capsule

Wowwww... I am impressed...
So listen before anyone tries the mega vitamins get your blood work done and see your GP. I am 47 years old and going through menopause. It was recommended that I try this product to help replace what I was loosing do to my job and active life. This is not a cure for the menopause but it definitely helped me. No laziness and no hot flashes followed by headaches/migraines. I can keep up with my job and I feel so much better physically as well as mentally.. So all in all I give this product a 5 STAR based on my own experience. PLEASE CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE YOU TAKE THIS SO THAT THERE IS NO MISUNDERSTANDING HOW THIS PRODUCT OWRKS. MANY OF US WOMAN ARE NOT AWARE OF WHAT OUR BODY IS MISSING AND THERE FORE ASSUME THAT WE NEED TO REPLACE IT WITH VITAMINS AND OTHER PRODUCT WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT WE REALLY NEED. i DID MY HOMEWORK BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT AND CONSULTED WITH A DOCTOR..
