I have a new 27" iMac 5K, late 2014 model. Will this memory be compatible with it?

I ordered two sets of this memory. The first one worked with my 27" iMac 5K, late 2014, but the second one caused errors. The only difference was the number on the back: 107357.1 vs. 108331.2. The 107357.1 worked, but the 108331.2 didn't. I'm not sure what this number is, but it might be a good idea to check to see what version they are currently shipping to ensure it works.

Hi, i was wondering if this would work on a 13 inch, mid-2012 macbookpro, 2.9 ghz i. core i7. i think it would but i want to be sure. thanks!

Hey Andres!This RAM would definitely work with the machine you referenced.  The only thing I'd check is that your computer is *Non-Retina*, which is implied by the computer being Mid-2012.  So long as your Macbook Pro is non-Retina, the RAM is upgradable. Hi John, unfortunately the RAM on your Mac is not upgradable. The memory modules are soldered directly to the logic board on this line of Mac computer (and some others as well).  This trait is common amongst all Macbook Pro with Retina Display models, Macbook Airs, as well as the newest Macbook (USB-C variant).
