Really good quality 💯% good style

Arrived well packaged, no cracks or chips. Beautiful colour and I really like that every piece is ever so slightly different. I've read previous negative reviews regarding quality and I have to say- I'm not entirely sure why anyone would consider this plate set sub standard. I used it in a microwave- no issue. Can't say anything about dishwasher use as I don't have one. It's the second dinner set I've spent more money on (after Portmeirion),I used to get cheap stuff from a supermarket but if you appreciate a beautiful and cool dinner table,I'd definitely recommend this set.The only slight hiccup is that the dinner plate is massive and does not fit in my cupboard so had to store those in a different cabinet.

I bought this set back in June. I really liked the colour as some of my home decor matched it greatly. The quality of the plates in terms of sturdiness, thickness, colour, and design is really nice.The problem with this particular set (from the Vancasso brand) seems to have a major design flaw. All plates etc. need to be glazed to protect the material, design and the consumer from having the plates spread toxin, germs etc. Unfortunately this plate set does not have the underside/circular ridge that sits on hard surfaces glazed. I have seen other reviews with the same issue for this stoneware collection and the problem is is that unless you completely dry immediately after washing, water seeps in and mould starts to develop.I contacted the seller/co and at first they were reluctant to do anything, but they then gave me options to replace and I have now gone with Dark Green Starry Line (seen in picture). This is actually the set I had wanted originally and I can safely say that this set does have the bottom glazed. Beautiful set and am thankful my old set was replaced. Customer service was nice and would recommend in general. Their cookware really looks asthetically nice (if not for the design flaw of old set that I did purchase, it would easily be a 5 star review).

This is our third purchase with the seller now. This stoneware set makes your ordinary bowl of cereal look like a million bucks.They were delivered to us with great care (see photo on how they wrap the dishes and the bowls). I will definitely buy from them again.Do note that there are slight variance to the colouring for each piece (no two piece is identical). That is because the glaze is naturally formed by the kiln change, each piece is different from others.This merchant has been phenomenal in after-sale care and made sure our order was fulfilled with products as good as advertised. To be fair, their most recent batch came with darker paints then the previous deliveries and not up t our standard, but as soon as I raised this to Bravo who manages their online store, and he was patient to ensure we understand the reason (as above). Not only that, they also more than made up for it by sending replacement pieces to ensure we got the high quality products we paid for. Very satisfied with their high standard and their willingness to go the extra mile to make loyal customers happy.

Love this set,orded 24 piece, had 1 broken side plate when delivered, got hold of seller and quickly resolved the issue, happy costume, the set is as described and looks stunning 😍

We bought this as we wanted in our opinion a better quality set of crockery.Almost as soon as we started to use it the glaze and colour started to chip off and then the chips developed into bigger areas of damage.Some of these damaged plates have only been used just once and they look like they have had a lifetime of heavy use.We are so disappointed with the quality if this product and would advise that you avoid purchasing this product.
