This had an amazing Characters each with there own stories which were well written and enjoyable to read multiple times!!

I picked this volume up after reading Dogs: Bullets & Carnage vol.1 and still find myself wanting more to this darkly humorous saga. Prelude does a great job of giving us just enough backstory while leaving plenty still to unfold. The tragic life of a mafia enforcer, the Stockholm syndrome infused training of a swordswoman, and more on the exploits of mysterious Hiene and eight-pack-a-day Badou. Good read for the kiss-kiss, bang-bang fanatics.

I've technically bought all of the books after this one already (1-10). And you really don't need to buy this one to understand the storyline.However if you really want to get the backstory on the main characters, get this book.
