(50) White Heavyweight Paper Inner Sleeves for 12" Records

If you are serious on protecting your vinyl collection, DON’T BUY IT. They are simply too large. I have not found a single vintage record jacket that these sleeves would comfortably fit inside. Every sleeve comes with a spot that is glued shut about 1 inch from the side and 1 inch from the top. I have to essentially tear every sleeve in order for it to be of use. Also the hole on each side of the sleeve, bends when you are working to put the record inside the original album cover.

These are great if you collect used vinyl and don't care about keeping the old, tattered, or musty inner sleeves and it's more about enjoying your records for as long as possible.

As a collector of vintage vinyl, I frequently find and purchase albums with missing or damaged paper liners. This set of replacement liners is made of a good quality heavier paper without adding bulk or stiffness to the liner. Albums slide in easily and it fits well inside the album cover. The only suggestion I have would be to cover the center opening with cellophane as an additional method to keep out dust. Overall, this is a well made product that serves its purpose well.

For about half of the records I have purchased in my long life these sleeves match the original quality. I find them lacking in one significant respect. The opening is full dimension on one side but has a minor curve that shortens the opening on the other. This, of course, is to make the record sleeve easier to open. But, the side that is shorter is a bit too short which, on one side of the LP, exposes the outer lip (the unrecorded outer edge) on one side of the LP. I'd feel better about these if they covered 100% 0f the vinyl.

Works very well, although to be honest I'd prefer not having such a large hole in the center. I understand why it's there but it makes it harder to slide records in. I'm wishy-washy on whether to give it 4 or 5 stars. But suffice to say as of right now there's nothing any better out there. Don't waste time trying to find something perfect or cheaper.

As I continue to rebuild my vinyl collection alot of my older LPs still had the original paper liners. While good for some others had become torn, discolored & broken down to a point that I had to replace them. These new liners do what you expect. Protect the vinyl. Couldn't ask for more.

Other people have been dissatisfied with workmanship on this product, but what I received is perfect. Whether this is pure luck or the result of improved quality review standards in response to earlier complaints, I cannot say. I hadn't needed this many, but 50 were only a few dollars more than 25, and I figured these must have quite a bit of shelf life.

They work fairly well, only issue I've encountered is using them for shaped vinyl and sometimes it can be difficult putting the disk and sleeve back into the case, and I've a couple cases where the sleeve was too long and stuck out but otherwise they do their job pretty well.
