ZamstZK 7 Knee Support - Black, X-Large

Me: enjoying the 40s now, active lifestyle, 5-8 hours martial arts per week, PE Coach, and PCL Reconstruction 15+ years ago. I depend on my body pretty much 24/7. Yes, recovery plays a huge part of my life, because let's face it between age and sports like football and powerlifting, I have demanded a lot of my physical being over the years. The Zamst Brace alleviates any pain from my PCL Reconstruction. It fits so well that I forget it's on. I've had my fair share of orthopedic braces yet, this is the best. When I was younger, I had to give up Judo because I could not find a knee brace of this caliber without it being bulky, heavy, and having exposed metal. It is 20 years later and I discover the Zamst after putting up with pain and concern over my knee going out while doing Krav Maga or Kickboxing. All I can say is OMG! I don't feel ANY discomfort when I am wearing the brace. The lateral aspect of the knee becomes inflamed when I take the Zamst off, but it has been doing that since the surgery or when I move. In short, I highly recommend this brace...if you like to have fun...or move!

Seriously the best brace I have ever worn! I do martial arts and cross fit and when my knee started acting up I needed something that would support it but also not shift around and constantly have to be adjusted. I found other braces either did nothing or left me walking around like a robot with a stiff leg that couldn't bend. This is the perfect brace! After another gym mate recommended it I had to give it a try, and I am so happy I did! Perfect amount of support while still allowing the flexibility for me to do all the maneuvers I needed to while training.

I have wasted my money trying several less expensive knee braces. This is more expensive and well worth the additional cost. It does the job like none of the others I have tried. I have a torn meniscus and this brace has enabled me to get back to playing pickleball by keeping the knee stable and keeping it from moving while I am playing. (I'm a senior and pickleball is how I tore my knee meniscus in the first place.) For me, it was worth the extra money.

This is the best knee brace I’ve ever worn. The quality seems very good and the knee support is exceptional. I use two braces on both knees when I play racqetball and the support is the best I’ve ever had. It is a tight fit initially but they loosen over time. They are expensive but worth the price so far. After 6 weeks of use, they are wearing well.

according to the manufacturer website, i need a size small so that's what i ordered. it was so tight that it gave my otherwise chicken legs a makeshift blubber roll above the brace from squeezing so tight. returned and reordered the medium. much more comfortable and great support.

Bought this to supplement/replace the ZK-3 I bought some time ago. Compared to the ZK-3, this one runs a little small. I purchased the same size for both, and even though the ZK-3 is now a little more stretched out (the reason I bought a replacement, actually) the ZK-7 has less adjustment room than the ZK-3 had initially.Still, it's a nice brace! However, after 10+ hours on my feet, my knee/leg swells a bit, which means I don't have nearly as much adjustment room as I would like to have.One mea culpa - I erroneously assumed the straps on the back were adjustable straps, which I was hoping would help with keeping a good fit through the long life of a knee brace. Unfortunately, they aren't adjustable.

The knee brace was highly effective. I wore 24/7 for the first 3 weeks. As the time wore on, the brace got uncomfortable because the initial swelling went down my in between size (19.5 inches) began slipping and causing issues with doing activity or sitting. There is another model that has velcro on top of the knee and I wish that brace was available when I needed it because it would have solved the in- between sizes. So in summary, Great Brace for people who are not in between sizes.

Worked great for my dad he has some knee pain waiting for surgery. This helped him get through the day. Will probably use as directed after surgery as well. I only use Zmast braces they are the best!

Good item. Sturdy but I order for the correct sizing according to the guide and it is a little loose around my thigh. That said, had I gone for a size smaller it probably wouldn't have pulled over my calf.

Brilliant product - it really saved my skiing holiday after I had suffered a pre-ski injury. It provides really firm support for the knee. I would thoroughly recommend it.

High quality look and feel. I spent almost whole day skiing with ZK-7 and I felt quite comfortable, however it may require small correction on your knee after few hours use. I have no experience with competitors, this is my first soft knee stabilizer, but I'm glad to have it and can recommend this product.
