I have used a neti pot since the early 1980s, when they were difficult to find, even in NYC. The rubber nozzle makes all the difference! This one arrived just in time for my annual head cold, and I swear, regular use shortens colds. Love love love.

I have found this pot very easy to use. It is also an attractive little pot. I took off one star because it is a bit small. It does not hold one cup of water like the plastic ones.

I never trusted those plastic squeeze bottles to get totally sanitized, so I bought this neti pot. It’s really pretty and well made, I like the rubber nozzle cap to make it very comfortable. It will take a few tries to totally get the hang of it, I had to lean my head over more than expected, but it felt like my sinuses got a much better flush than with the squeeze bottle type.

Fácil de usar, sugiero usar sal de mar en lugar de sal refinada.

Sumamente funcional y no hubo problemas en cómo llegó. La sal que viene de regalo no la sentí tan efectiva como la de mar a la que estoy acostumbrada a usar.
