Overall it’s very safe and hold the phone well. Easy to assemble. Only issue is that the design means the two hooks on the edge push and hold down the power and volume buttons on the phone. Repeatedly calls SOS on my iPhone. Simple fix is to use the holder ‘upside down’ but I have no issues using it this way.

Edit: Seller very kindly sent three different replacement options at no extra cost - so if you do have problems at least they will try to help, which I sincerely appreciated.In summary, doesn’t work well with iPhone X - may work better with Samsung phones.—————Looked positive at first but when I put my iPhone 10 into the holder, the problems began. The volume rocker and sleep/wake button are both pushed by the brackets on the side of the mount. This sets off the call to emergency services constantly, or puts the volume down. The only solution was to put the phone into the bracket upside down.Within five minutes of using the bracket, the holder fell off. The screw holding it to the mount came undone almost immediately and couldn’t be screwed in. Very poor quality and let down. I’ve already started the return process.

It is easy to use you can set it up how you want

An excellent product which worked perfectly with my Samsung S9+ with a protective case fitted. Two comments to make. a) Good if it had a spare elastic in case the original one breaks. b) it took me some time to work out what one part supplied does and I can only imagine it is to extend the handlebar so you can mount the holder onto that. However this is pure surmise as absolutely no instructions refer to this. Note it is perfectly clear how to fit everything else together and as I say it works perfectly and the phone is held rock steady. One final point, on a small diameter handlebar the liners that fit around the handlebar actually touch together so that you cannot tighten the allen screw any further and the whole unit slips round the handlebar. Solution - file the end off one of the liners. Perfect!

I have an iPhone 11 which is quite a large phone. It holds it very securely and gives all functions as would be expected. One down side. If you load the phone with the bottom on the base hold points, as the side hold points come in they press two buttons on the phone. This automatically calls the emergency services. So you need to load the phone upside down. Don’t get me wrong. This isn’t a problem as the phone is held very well. Enjoy.

The holder came and was in more pieces than expected. When mounting it to the push bike it needs to be fastened nice and strongly so that the phone stays stable and won't move. When its fastened it holds very well and even hitting it, it doesn't move. The mount is medium quality which was expected at the price. The sides and bottom are held by the plastic frame where as the top is by rubber that fits to the phone.I think that this is just a little extra support as my phone didn't move when just the sides and bottom was connected.I did have to remove my case to use the top part due to the strange shape of my bulky case.Apart from that it's great to use and is easy to mount and dismount the phone once the initial setup is complete.

As above, this is easy to fit & holds my phone securely. Can display phone at a variety of angles.My only issue is, the when the side supports come up to phone, they press on my volume control. I have a Google Pixel 4 XL - however, with a bit of adjustment to the angle I place my phone, this isn't much of a problem.
