Hi Ann, if the Mini-Rayonex is placed on a flat surface, the label should always face upwards. If you wear it in your pocket, the label should face away from the body.

Q: How does it work? What is the source of energy?

Hello, we are happy to answer the question of where the energy of the Mini-Rayonex comes from. Surely you know the old antennas on the roofs of the houses, when there were only a few television programs available. Inside a Mini-Rayonex it looks the same. Inside you will find an antenna system. This so-called passive dipole antenna system contains of an upper and lower rod plane, set to the frequency base value 12.50. The energy is generated from the potential between the different dipole antenna rods. Dipole antenna systems are able to resonate and pass on certain frequencies (corresponding to the dipole antenna rods). In the case of the television antenna, the signal is fed into an amplifier and thus processed for image processing. From our experience, the Mini-Rayonex does not need this amplifier, as the frequency signal is already sufficient for the body if it is in the vicinity of approx. 2m to humans or animals. This also explains why the Mini-Rayonex works without an external energy source – and for decades. A truly ingenious invention by Paul Schmidt.

Q: Does it need to be positioned near various alternating areas of the body to be fully effective

Hello Fiocall, the Mini-Rayonex has an efficiency range of app. 2,5 m to 3 m. When carrying the Mini-Rayonex e.g. in your pocket, just make sure the label shows away from the body.
