Very good flavor, love adding it to my green salad and pizza. Highly recommend the product.

Not as shown in Amazon picture. Came is plastic jar rather than a glass jar as pictured. Ingredients were not the same as the smaller jars that I’ve been buying for years. Seems like there’s more cauliflower or cabbage or something than olives. Box arrived with jar leaking to start with. I’ll never purchase this again unless it’s from a store where I can actually see what’s inside. I thought I was doing good ordering a large jar. Buyer beware! I have ordered the small glass jars from Amazon and they were fine. It’s just this large quantity that’s so different. The picture shows it in a glass jar. Very dissatisfied! The picture my camera took does it justice. It’s bland looking like the 1st picture. Horrified about how long it’s been sitting in a plastic jar! Horrified.

I order this product regularly for use in my restaurant. The taste and quality is superb. The shipping packaging is not adequate to prevent leakage of the the olive oil it is packed in.

This is the real deal! If you love eating real New Orleans Muffaletta sandwiches then you must have this olive salad.

I keep muffaletta in the refrigerator all the time. This giant jar, for home use, lasts quite a while. I transfer it to two tall gasket-sealed canisters (think spaghetti canisters about 4"w x4"d x12"tall) the height and narrowness allow the oil to cover the olive salad all the times, less air contact. Add this to pasta salad or potato salad. I make instant gazpacho with a couple of tablespoons in a glass of V8 juice. You could also make the namesake sandwich, a Muffaletta!! You really need to try this.

This is in a PLASTIC jar, Not a glass jar as shown. There is a lot of oil in this salad. 1 1/2 inch of oil sitting on top, even after stirring. good price for what you get, Flavor is pretty good. could use more olives.

We discovered Boscoli Olive Salad on a trip to New Orleans several years ago. We put it in our salad as part of the dressing and it really makes the salad amazing. We've tried some other olive salad mixes, but none come up to the flavor of Boscoli.

I love this same by brand name only product in smaller glass jars. This was a waist of money. Not in glass jar as shown . It is a white plastic. It taste different , different oil? Different manufacturing facility? Different ingredients? Flavors leaching from the plastic? I don't know , but it sucks. I tried again for the 4th time today, still bad, had side by side comparison with smaller glass Biscoli olive salad . It is not the same product. I should of listened to the other reviews. You who said this was good, I wish you were here to take it because it is going in the trash.
