I have split the can between two servings for ore reasonable portion size and to see if I can stretch it a bit (trying to figure out how much I need for two people). Acquired 10/2022 with a BEST BY date of late 2025. For reals, I dont pay much attention to the date. It is NOT a safety date. Check govt sites, and all will say that it is not a safety date. It is JUST a "guaranteed" to be same consistent quality through that date if stored under proper conditions. That's it. For those that see the date and toss it, you are throwing away money (which they bank on ignorance). If cans are in good condition, then they are going to be fine for many many many years.
