Q: Deos it have good airflow because im going use two stock fans for now it to have too much heat while gaming plz help

I guess it depends on the games and the GPU and CPU. I am running a Ryzen 3 processor with a Radeon RX 550 and only have 2 fans in the unit and the heat is not bad. Air flow seems to be good especially with vents on the top of the case. I moved one fan to the back and left one fan on the front of the case.

Q: for the rgb strip it has a 5v connecter how many connecters do i have to connect to the motherboard rgb header one or two please help asap

Great thing is you dont need any. It plugs directly to the psu. But it does mean you cant control with software.
