I use these seeds for spices in Cowboy Candied Jalapeno peppers and to make pepper sauce with jalapenos and habaneros. The 1st is sweet and the last is atomic fireball power and the mustard seeds help make both really good.

Huh. Really quite bland. I'm a bit confused. Not supposed to taste much raw?
I'm honestly confused. Eating 10 or so tastes like nothing, with pretty faint aftertaste of mustard after chewing for a while. Maybe they need to be cooked first?

... This is very tasty .. I grind it a bit coarsely to add to salad dressings and sprinkle over cooked veggies. This large bag will refill my grinder many times :)
