Nice Printer
Got this printer to replace an old Canon printer that started erroring. It prints documents fine and pictures look good. I especially like the wireless feature that allows it to turn itself on when someone wants to print something. At first it was a pain because it would go to sleep after a couple hours. But once I enabled the auto wake up, I have been very happy with it. We print from Windows, Apple and Android devices.

Excellent for home/small business use.
This is a fantastic printer! Setup was very easy & took little-to-no time. I had to rate the “touch screen” low only because mine does not have one. I have used it a lot since purchasing it and my documents look very crisp/clear. I’m very pleased with this device overall - I recommended that my parents purchase one for the small home business they run, they love theirs too!

Took a while to get it work with laptop, but I’m new to so much of this computer stuff.
Patience was tested, but got it working with laptop, will try to get it working with my cellphone this weekend.

Canon refurbish did not function.
I just started a return on this printer. The WiFi system did not work at all...I tried everything and I couldn’t get it to hook up with my Comcast modem. Spent 2 hours trying to get it to work, no luck. Sending it back for a refund.

Love the fact that it’s wireless and able to print from my phone or tablet, but the print quality is somewhat low and it was very difficult to set up!

get a better printer
I bought 3 of these as Christmas gifts last year and kept one which i only recently unboxed. Unfortunately i waited too long past the return period because out of 4 pages it successfully printed last week, the paper feed was a problem each time and jammed the whole stack of paper internally on number 5. There doesn't appear top be advice on line on how to remove the stack of paper jam.I contacted the other printer recipients and one was thrown out already and the other replaced with a different printer .My advice is buy something else with a higher probability of success.

Great copy ability but can not figure out scanning
Weird CD that came with unit Plugged it in, copied all files. Then next time I inserted it, everything was in some odd language. Lost a driver and could not redo original CD for that file. Scanning is great not explained how to send to computer. Can only copy documents or photos. I have two of these units and same CD came with both and same odd language when I try to reinstall with either CD.

Great printer
I couldn’t get it to even hook up and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone for help so I had to return it! I’m so upset about that I was really looking forward to a future with my new printer.
