I very rarely write reviews, but I have deemed these purple tongs worthy of one and a positive one to boot. 1. These tongs have integrated rubber ends instead of being able to slide off and on, which for me was amazing as I have seen water and bacteria build in the ones that slide off due to the inability to truly clean inside of it. 2. They are strong and DO NOT bend easily at all. This was a huge worry for me since I pick up heavy meats with it. If you need strong ends that do not bend easily, these are for you. I am not saying it will lift a bucket of water, but it slings around 5 plus ponds of meat without a sweat. 3. Love the purple color😁. 4. The pull lock/unlock lever is smooth and works perfectly even with pressure being placed on the tong ends. 5. Lastly, the price for this quality was great for myself. I think they were perfectly priced, but that is my personal opinion and not a proven fact lol 😂. I will, and would, buy another set of these.I will repost if anything goes awry in the near-ish future.

The silicone is the best part of this tong design and it goes downhill from there. The hinge consists of a thin gage coiled wire that already feels like it is not going to last very long. There is a lot of lateral movement when you try to close the jaws of the tong...again, sloppy construction. I do not look forward to cleaning this either...way too many places to catch food etc. Not a nice smooth design as I have seen in other tong products. Going to be returned.

I’ve had these about four months now and I really liked them. They’re easy to clean, love the lock mechanism, great size too, but then this (see pic) happened 😞. The silicone, cracked. That really stinks because this one (the medium sz), I used often.

While these look great and have a sturdy composition to them they don't work. Don't waste your money on these. When it comes to actually grasping the food, they are a neausance. Food falls out. Notice how the tips only touch at the very end. It becomes a balancing act of keeping toungues in position so the food doesn't fall out. Yes its heat resistand and esay to clean but a pain to actaully use with food. Look for the those with ends that are closer, ensure that you can actaully hold your food...

I've only used them a couple of times with my air fryer so far. But they seem great!I love the higher heat resistance.The color (I got the purple) is really nice. It allows me to find them easily in my drawer full of black spatulas, spoons, etc...I will update if anything goes terribly wrong with them.

Purchased these because of the higher heat rating. They are nearly useless, beause the gripping claws are too curved. Very difficult to pick up small items: asparagus, sliced vegetables, etc. The tips close, but the rest of the tongs curve away from what you are trying to hold. Poor design.

Great set of different sizes for different needs. The tips are not the hard plastic kind (which I hate), they are more bendy with silicone but still sturdy enough to grip things well. I like them a lot. My first package had one of them that didn't close properly, I reached out to customer service with a picture and they sent a new whole set that arrived in a couple days...excellent company.

These are great quality easy to do everything with tongs. I love them.

Having different sizes of tongs makes the difference
