Seems to be working
I have only been using this for a few days but it is bring relief and I am glad to not be using steroids or other powerful medication, the natural ingredients in this application were a draw and that it seems to be working is a blessing.

Hard to say if it helps, it did for a while
I've been using this for over 4 weeks now, and it seemed to suddenly stop. I have a chronic fissure for reference, and the pain is bad enough to make me vomit. With this, it completely stopped the burning pain I got from it. But, it only lasted a few weeks, then the pain came back. I'm unsure why this is, so if you are getting this, make sure you can mentally and physically prepare yourself for pain. As weird as it sounds, I suggest trying meditation techniques for it, as well as breathing techniques to 'open up' and let loose. Additionally, other than pains after bowel movements, this ointment seemed to stop a lot of my other issues, for a few weeks. It stopped spasming down there, it stopped sharp pains. It's worth a try if whatever your doctor has prescribed hasn't worked (I've tried Anusol and Glyceryl Trinitrate Ointment, to no success)
