Best, never thought it would be this good.

It works, it holds the books and that is okay but I wish that they had used a different finish to the plastic as it can reflect the light back to the scanner.

I have used an over head scanner for sometime for flat documents. Copying a book is much harder due to the natural tendency for a book to not remain flat. When I found this on Amazon I realised how useful it would become. This is only a folded piece of acrylic but it holds most books open at an angle that inhibits the pages folding back mid scan. Very pleased to finally be able scan pages of books with much more ease than previously.

Just a cheap plastic book cradle / holder. Nothing fancy. Extortionate price. Not worth more than £10 max.

Very essential item for over head book scanner

Does exactly what it's meant to do, saves the back of my books, which, apart from their value, annoys me to damage the back of a book by trying to flatten it.

It is really useful and works a treat.

Utile pour le scan livre ouvert même si le résultat est fort dépendant du logiciel de votre scanner. J'aurai préféré une finition matte du support.

Ich habe die Buchwiege für die Arbeit mit dem Buchscanner BS16 gekauft. Durch die Verwendung der Buchwiege werden Bücher wesentlich bequemer und schneller gescannt und die Scans haben weniger Verzerung. Der Kauf ist sein Geld absolut Wert - eine klare Empfehlung!

Si tratta di un utilissimo accessorio che permette a chi usa scanner di ultima generazione, tipo CZUR, di effettuare scansioni di libri senza doversi preoccupare delle ombre che si creano quando il libro non si può o non si deve (!) aprire completamente. La sua forma concava «abbraccia» il libro e impedisce alle pagine di sollevarsi. Idea semplice quanto geniale.
