Solar Light Bulbs, Rechargeable Lights for Indoor & Outdoor Use, 2-Pack

I recently purchased these Solar Light Bulbs for both indoor and outdoor use, and I’m absolutely thrilled with their performance! These lights have been a game-changer for our home and outdoor adventures. The solar-powered feature is not only environmentally friendly, but it also makes these lights incredibly convenient for emergencies, power outages, or just reducing electricity usage. The light coverage is impressive. Just one bulb can illuminate 100 square feet, which is perfect for areas like my chicken coop, garage, and shed. I love solar anything. But these I bought for emergency use...if electric goes out. I have candles or flashlight BUT these solar light bulbs do not require batteries or a flame. So safe and reliable! I actually bought another pair! I tested them out. Used and recharged using the small solar panels. I just put them on my window sill inside my apt. Perfect! They have hooks attached to light bulbs so can hang anywhere. Bright enough for basic use. Would be great for camping. I did not time how long the charge lasts but I was very satisfied with the longevity of it. I do wish they had been at a lower cost. But I still recommend them. I would plan on more solar purchases if available. I believe they are a much better option for every one. Revisiting…These did not last long enough to make it worth buying again. Or really buying in the first place. I am disappointed. I do not recommend these.

When I first plugged them in one bulb didn’t have the red charging light. I switched bulbs with the panels and one of the panels was the issue. However I moved the wire slightly and the red light came on you just had to gently change the angle. I bought them to lower electricity usage, as a family member needs a light on at night due to night terrors so I keep one on in the hallway at night sorta like a night light. They die down about 3 hours in, and by 8 hours or so the light is very dim but by dawn it’s fine cause sunlight, you can charge them again. They are not strong but the get the job done. Gentle light that isn’t harsh on the eyes. I do a 4 star cause I had to jimmy the cord to get it to properly charge the other bulb

I have had a number of these solar lights over the years, and love every single one! I use them most in my camping kitchen, but recently ordered these because I needed a light in my outdoor pavilion that wasn't overly bright, but would allow me to see to open the door on the far side without breaking my neck. These are perfect! They last a long time, and charge well, and storage is easy when they aren't in use. Good bang for the buck! Would definitely buy again should the need arise!

Concept wise lovely. I was able to use the little solar stick up mini-mini panel to charge once .. then both lights stopped working after that one go, which was so disappointing. The light was fairly bright so I liked it . I really thought it would have been a good buy but it only lasted 2 days. I bought 2 sets one for me and one for a friend. The cost to return makes little economic sense . So, I will just say this purchase was a waste of my money.

I was hoping it would be brighter like a normal room bulb, but it’s more like a camping light, which is fine since I also camp. It’s white light instead of an incandescent glow. When fully charged it will last all night, but it will dim after several hours. The solar panels it comes with are very cheap. I’d wonder if it would still work if there was even the slightest drizzle or if you had it on your kitchen counter by a window and it got splashed. But it still does the job. If you had your own charging cord, you could charge it off of another battery or from a wall, but I like how they opted to include the solar panel to charge it over several hours even if the panel is cheap because it does work and that is useful if you’re camping away from amenities or if you just need to charge them because your power will be out for a while. **Update** 11/30/22 After a light usage this year (purchased these last summer), one bulb does not last through the night though it lasts several hours and will dim to a night light before stopping completely. The other bulb no longer charges at all because the input port no longer securely holds the charging cord though I can see no visible damage to it. Bottom line: you get what you pay for. These were cheap when I purchased them. They did fine for for a few months of light household use and a camping trip or two when charged on my dashboard via the cheap solar panels until they didn't.

They become portable flashlights if you detach them from the USB solar charger and are cool to the touch. And then they're also just a viable lighting source for an unplugged situation. I don't know much about the specs, I just find these incredibly useful. A pretty cheap way to bring light into a dark situation; whether it's a camping in a tent, the power goes out, or you live in an RV that needs a 30Amp socket to not trip the breaker, but you only have 15Amp sources... These are solar powered little guys, and they work pretty well, and I guess I just need them. I like 'em though. Portable, light bulb sized, solar powered... easily used as a flashlight at night. Right up my alley if they last.

Ok so I originally purchased these in April of 2021 and they still work just as good as the day I got them. I decided to get another set in September of 2024 due to hurricane season. The lights alone are worth every penny. And the bonus of solar panels make this pack even better. They are micro USB and they charge the lights relatively quick. I have even tested the solar panels on my rechargeable flashlight and to my surprise it held up well. This being said I would imagine the solar panels alone could charge a variety of small electronics with micro USB ports. I love these lights and use them in my shed- closet- outside when I'm walking my dog and so on. These lights get daily use and are abused with many drops kicks and stumbling. 10/10 especially considering there so cheap. A must have for any hurricane or camping kit

This was such a bad purchase a globe and a solar square with a cord not suitable for outdoor use as not water proof so made no sense. Tried to return them but it would have cost $38 to post purchase was $44. Stay away from china purchases shipped from china returns aren’t an option a products often not as expected

We have a lot of power outages and these work beautifully until we have the generator going. They are very powerful, we highly recommend them.

Wonderfull, like so much

I give 3 stars only as I had high expectations on this product. Yes it is doing the job in terms of lighting BUT you have to press the ON button to get the light ON. It seems obvious said like this but I was aiming to use them inside some big Chinese lanterns that I would have hung above the garden. As they are high and I have 8 of them, I don't see myself climbing onto each one to press the ON button inside the lantern (even not reachable anyway). It would have been amazing if they have had a light sensor so they go ON by themselves at sundown.
